Hotel in a lovely location. Staff were excellent

Had the junior suite with sea view, the view was fantastic and the room very spacious

Very Good

Food was varied, buffet and mostly aimed at the British Market as most guests are from the UK. You would have to be very picky not to find something to eat. Clean and comfortable without being overly posh. Nice quiet resort and good value for money.

Not much to dislike but still the regular towel brigade that feel putting a towel on a pool lounger at stupid O'clock means that is theirs for the day without even using it.

Wonderful

The complex was lovely. I upgraded to a sea view suite and had a good sized balcony overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff, food was excellent some times repetitive but you certainly would not go hungry. Staff are constantly cleaning the food service area and stocking up. Good nightly entertainment. Lovely to walk out of hotel gate directly onto promenade. Excellent location, close to beaches, bus station, shops and bars.

I tried to use the roof top hot tub area but same faces each day holding the sun loungers and hot tubs in this area, usually a group of 3 or more, always one person to occupy the hot tub while others bring them food and drinks therefore I wasn't able to use them. I think this area should be staffed to allow guests a fair chance.

Bed was comfortable,shower was good,food good.

All the outside seats were very uncomfortable,not enough bar staff on duty,people up at the early hours reserving sun loungers that were very hard and uncomfortable

Wonderful

Very kind stuff, beautiful and clean hotel, delicious mealtimes with a lot of options, all possible amenities available (sauna, many jacuzzies and pools, billard, ping-pong). Nearby you have a public beach, where you can rent two chairs with umbrella for 10,5€ a day. The international airport is only 8 km from the hotel so that you can always fast and easy get there. In sum you have here all you need for your relaxing vacation for good price.

No fresh mixed cocktails. Cocktails only from cocktail-machine :(

Good but could be better.

Exceptionally clean , sea views amazing, rooms were lovely. Nice pools, Breakfast and lunch were both good. Most staff very friendly.

The eating area looks like a canteen rather than a restaurant the food in the evening had no more variety than lunch, as previously stated not enough potatoe options other than chips, no real choice for vegetarians so will struggle. Entertainment day and night could be better. Finding a sunbed was a bit of a struggle most were reserved very early on, we went to the beach a few days 10.5 euros a day for 2 beds and a brolly.

Very close the the beach , big choice of food on breakfast it’d. Very nice personal

When we check in lady in the reception told us that we got 25% on everything in the hotel restaurant ,( unfortunately you need order whole meals , to receive the discount) Please carefully what you eat on all inclusive, my partner got food poisoning . Jacuzzi upstairs wasn’t working after 16:00pm water was super dirty . If you are a young person , who is looking for party ( that hotel is not for you +50 age ) Food on the buffet not always look great or fresh

Wonderful

The hotel was in a beautiful location right by the sea with a walk outside which took you to the harbour and beach. The staff were very friendly , polite and helpful. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the road outside which at night was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite had a double walkin shower. A full range of food was available at breakfast , lunch and dinner and choice of options was very good.

Although our room was on the top floor and very comfortable we were right by the lift exit and fairly noisy after the entertainment finished and people returned to their rooms but this was relatively shortlived .

Great holiday

Lovely hotel and friendly staff, who all work really hard. Comfy bed. AI food and drink package was value for money considering the price of the room and standard of hotel. I sometimes wonder what people expect for AI when I read the negative reviews. Sure the food can be a bit repetitive after a while but that's to be expected.

Some areas a wee bit tired e.g. tiling in shower, pool area toilets.

overall, excellent, I enjoyed my stay very much

I went all-inclusive, which is something I don't normally do, but, since it was only a 3 night stay I thought why not, I'm glad I did, I thought there was a good range of food on offer, snacks are included up to 3pm, evening meal included (buffet style), in general it suited my requirements, the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, beautiful location right by the ocean, very close to the bars and restaurants around, all round great experience !!!

there were plenty of sunbeds, however, even though the house rules state you can't put towels on sunbeds, it wasn't enforced, at ant given time, most of the sunbeds were not not available, but 'reserved', only a small matter

Wonderful

Good sized room with glorious view of the sea. Very clean, towels changed every day. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 euro taxi fare. Hotel overlooks the sea and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, two pools, ample bed chairs, pool bar, rooftop chillout area with hot tubs. The restaurant operates a self service buffet which we were very satisfied with, a good selection every day, always well presented and kept topped up till the end of meal times. There is an a late carte restaurant available with 25% reduction for guests, but we didn't feel the need to try it. But the are plenty of places to eat nearby if you fancy a change. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
